Everyone deals with stress in different ways. Some people cope by avoiding stress, while others seek alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, or other unhealthy coping mechanisms.

The problem with these coping mechanisms is that they don’t solve the real issue, which is often emotional. It would help if you first learned how to deal with emotions to relieve stress and live a happier life. Mental health is dealing with day-to-day stresses and pressures without becoming emotionally overwhelmed. Emotional health is managing strong emotions and responding to them appropriately. So it’s important to remember that having emotional health doesn’t mean you don’t have mental health. So, what does it mean to have good mental health? In my opinion, it means we can cope with stress, deal with negative emotions, and face the challenges of everyday life. On the other hand, emotional health involves our ability to express emotions and feelings, empathize, and deal with difficult situations. These types of fitness are essential to living a happy and fulfilling life. But, if we don’t address our emotional needs, we may not be able to enjoy a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
